Good to be back.  This is a day late, but hopefully something will speak to you.  Maybe just a smile?  🙂

“The leadership of one generation is the legacy of the next.” – Mark Scott

“Convinced the new youth minister tomorrow was “See You at the North Pole”. He should be back in a couple of months.” – Unappreciated Pastor

“I have noticed that even people who believe everything is predestined…look before crossing the road.” – Stephen Hawking

Any from you this week?

  1. Here are mine:

“Be not angry that you cannot make others as you wish them to be, since you cannot make yourself as you wish to be.” – Thomas A Kempis

“Anger as soon as fed is dead – ‘Tis starving makes it fat” – Emily Dickinson

“Fish die belly-upward and rise to the surface; it is their way of falling” – Andre Paul Guillaume

“A man who does not read good books has no advantage over the man who can’t read them” – Mark Twain

    Out, out, brief candle!
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury
Signifying nothing. — Macbeth (My favorite Act in Shakespeare tragedy when my life seemed tragic – thank God for mercy and grace!)

And to yours…. very interesting by the way – I had to really think…

    1. Mark Scott quote should really scare some responsibility into each and every one of us individually to ALL those we touch in life

    2. Unappreciated pastor indeed – if the youth minister really did leave then it says a lot of bad stuff about that pastor; if youth minister didn’t go it says a lot about the Youth Minister… hmmm….

    3. Still thinking about the Stephen Hawking!!
